RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Return Policy

• At Admire Home, we aim to deliver products in perfect condition. We only accept returns if the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

• All sizes and materials are clearly mentioned on the product page, so size-related returns or exchanges are not allowed.

• Because our products are hand-finished, small variations in color, size, or texture are normal and not counted as defects.

      A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

• You receive the wrong product

• The product has a defect or quality issue

• The product arrives damaged
  (Do not accept the package if it looks tampered or damaged.)

• To raise a return, email a clear photo of the issue and your order details to admirehome21@gmail.com. Our team will check it and confirm if the return is approved.

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Pickup takes about 2–3 working days, and the product may take 5–7 days to reach our warehouse.

• After we receive the product, your refund will start within 7 days.

• Please ensure:

• The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• Refund timelines:

• Online refunds: within 7 working days

• NEFT refunds: up to 5 days to reflect

• Credit card refunds: shown in the next billing cycle

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and get a full refund.
If the product is already in transit, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged because our items are fragile.

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method.
